c. any special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage.
Bookings/Network Services
19. Safe Solo Ltd acts on behalf of the fulfilment partner including receiving and accepting bookings and collection of fees, for the avoidance of doubt Safe Solo Ltd does not own its own vehicles or hire any Chauffeurs directly as employee of Safe Solo Ltd
20. Safe Solo Ltd is legally responsible for performing the booking and responsible for providing you with customer service assistance as well as acting as your contact for any stage of your booking and billing.
21. Whenever you book a journey through Safe Solo Ltd (Website, Email, App, Phone), the contract is directly with Safe Solo Ltd.
Force Majeure
22. In the event of any severe emergency, include war, riots, fire, flood, hurricane, typhoon, earthquake, lightning, explosion, strikes, lockouts, slowdowns, prolonged shortage of energy supplies, and acts of governmental action or any other event prohibiting or impeding any party from performing its respective obligations under the contract then Safe Solo Ltd will have no liability for failure to perform its actions.
23. Safe Solo Ltd will return the customer all money for unperformed travel services only due to the above events. Safe Solo Ltd will not be liable for, although may use its reasonable endeavours for, sourcing alternative travel.
General
24. You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
25. These terms and conditions may be varied by us from time to time. Such revised terms will apply to the Website from the date of publication. Users should check the terms and conditions regularly to ensure familiarity with the then current version.
26. These terms and conditions together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to the terms and conditions.
27. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these terms and conditions and no third party will have any right to enforce or rely on any provision of these terms and conditions.

If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these terms and conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
29. Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act, or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.
30. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
Time & Journey Variation
31. Safe Solo Ltd reserves the right to levy additional charges for additional mileage or time to that agreed.
32. Safe Solo Ltd will suggest a time for collection if enquired at time of booking to reach the destination at a particular time, however the booker is responsible for confirming the time and will have liability for the allocation
33. Safe Solo will hold no liability of responsibility for any late arrivals if the booker chooses to amend the pickup time and subsequently does not have sufficient time to reach their destination.
34. If the passenger is late for any pickup, they maybe liable for waiting time charges.
35. The booker must inform Safe Solo Ltd at the time of booking, or as soon as they have become aware of any accessibility issues, roadworks or anything that may affect the route.
36. The Chauffeur has no additional duties other than those expressly stated in the booking confirmation, there should be no requests directly to the Chauffeur for additional stops, route or time and these requests should only come through to Safe Solo Ltd who will agree where possible and amend the booking so the Chauffeur is aware.
Passenger`s Property
37. All passenger luggage is the responsibility of the passenger. Safe Solo Ltd will not be liable for loss or damage unless damage was caused by the Chauffeurs negligence.
38. Where damage or loss is caused by the Chauffeur negligence, Safe Solo will be liable for £100 per bag, up to an overall limit of £200. It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure luggage is insured separately for loss and damage.
39. The Chauffeur is under no obligation to assist with luggage, the Chauffeur will however assist if agreed by the passenger.
40. It is the bookers responsibility to inform the booking agent of how much luggage the passenger will have to ensure the correct vehicle type is booked.
41. Luggage must only be held in the boot of the vehicle and not on seats or in footwells.
42. Safe Solo Ltd will not be responsible for any items left in the vehicle.
Vehicles
43. Safe Solo Ltd reserves the right to provide vehicles with a higher capacity at no additional charge.
44. If more passengers are added, an additional charge may occur.
45. Safe Solo Ltd reserves the right to change and substitute the original booked vehicle to another alternative vehicle.
Prohibited Items
46. No weapons of any kind must be carried in the vehicle from the passenger(s) including:
a. Knifes
b. Firearms
c. Explosives (Fireworks, Firecrackers etc)
Refreshments & Alcoholic Drinks
47. Any drinks including alcoholic (excluding water) and food must not be consumed in the vehicle without the prior written consent from Safe Solo Ltd.
48. If approved, all rubbish must be cleaned up by the passengers after use, any damage caused may incur a cleaning fee added to the booking.
Confidentiality
49. All parties shall keep confidential information from the other party with the exception of information that is already in the public domain or already in the persons possession and or if required to be disclosed by law.

51. Each journey where possible will be tracked whilst the passenger is in the vehicle, this will be tracked via the Chauffeur and/or vehicle and not by any passenger device. This is to ensure complete safety and tracking will start prior to the journey and end once the passenger has left the vehicle
Journey Confirmation
52. It is the bookers and or passengers’ responsibility to check the booking conformation and all details are correct.
53. If a booking confirmation has not been returned within 8 hours, please inform our bookings team at bookings@safesolo.co.uk
Quotations
54. All Quotations are given based on the details supplied by the booker/passenger.
55. Quotations will expire after 7 days and therefore no longer be valid.
56. Quote will no longer be valid and subjected to a re-quote If any changes to informational added, journey addresses amended, distance changed, hours required amended, size and change of service type/vehicle or if any additional passengers are added or pickups/drop offs added from initial quote.
Cancellations & Waiting Time.
57. Standard Cancellation period is 12 hours. Cancellation will be shown on each booking confirmation and may vary depending on service, vehicle or destination. (Cancellation period may differ in certain markets)
58. Waiting time may incur an additional fee, the waiting time allowances will be shown on each booking confirmation.
Payments
59. We are unable to take payment from debit/credit cards from the following OFAC sanctioned countries: Belarus, Burma/Myanmar, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia & Serbia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, Syria, Liberia, North Korea, Republic of Guinea, Somalia, Sudan, Zimbabwe, Cuba, Balkans, Egypt and Tunisia
Feedback & Safe Solo Details
60. All feedback is welcomed and encouraged whether negative or positive.
61. Complaints must be sent within 14 days of the completion of the journey
62. Complaints must be sent in written format to customerservice@safesolo.co.uk
63. Safe Solo Ltd will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and reply within 5 days.
